fa مروری بر پیشگیری و درمان کمکی در سندرم حاد تنفسی ناشی از بیماری کووید 19 از منظر طب ایرانی A Review of Prevention and Adjuvant Therapy in Acute Respiratory Syndrome Caused by COVID-19 from the Perspective of Persian Medicine بیماریهای عفونی Infectious Diseases مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: کووید 19 از دسامبر 2019 از شهر ووهان چین آغاز و به سرعت تبدیل به پاندمی جهانی شد. بر اساس مطالعات، مداخلات طب سنتی همراه با پروتکلهای طب رایج در پیشگیری و درمان، مؤثر گزارش شده است. هدف از این مطالعه جمعبندی توصیههای طب ایرانی مبتنی بر شواهد در پیشگیری و درمان علایم سندرم حاد تنفسی میباشد. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مروری، کلید واژههای مرتبط با علائم کووید 19 در منابع طب ایرانی، مرور و موارد مرتبط با پیشگیری و درمان سندرم حاد تنفسی استخراج گردید. تک تک موارد همراه با کلید واژه های "Influenza" یا "SARS" یا "MERS" یا "COVID-19" یا "Coronavirus" یا "Antiviral" یا "Anti-inflammatory" یا "Immune system" یا "Antioxidant" در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی SID، Pubmed، Scopus، Cochrain، Web of science، Science direct و Google scholar جستجو و در نهایت مواردی که دارای شواهدی علمی بودند، در قالب دستورات کمکی در پیشگیری و درمان ارایه گردید. یافته ها: بخش قابل توجهی از توصیههای طب ایرانی جهت پیشگیری یا کنترل علایم سندرم حاد تنفسی، دارای شواهد بالینی کاربردی است. این موارد شامل رعایت فاصله اجتماعی، پرهیز از مصرف غذای سنگین و استفاده از داروهای گیاهی حسب شرایط خاص بیماران میباشد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه استفاده از راهکارهای ساده طب ایرانی در پیشگیری و بهبود علائم سندرم حاد تنفسی ناشی از کووید 19 همراه با پروتکلهای طب رایج، میتواند در کنترل شرایط همه گیری کمک کننده باشد. همچنین، بسیاری از این توصیهها قابلیت ارزیابی به عنوان ایدههای پژوهشی مفید در پیشگیری و درمان کووید 19 را دارند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: COVID-19 started in December 2019 in Wuhan, China and quickly became a global pandemic. According to studies, traditional medicine interventions along with conventional medicine protocols have been reported to be effective in prevention and treatment. The aim of this study was to summarize the recommendations of Persian medicine based on evidence in the prevention and treatment of symptoms of acute respiratory syndrome. METHODS: In this review article, keywords related to the symptoms of COVID-19 in Persian medicine sources, review and items related to the prevention and treatment of acute respiratory syndrome were extracted. Individual items with the keywords "Influenza" or "SARS" or "MERS" or "COVID-19" or "Coronavirus" or "Antiviral" or "Anti-inflammatory" or "Immune system" or "Antioxidant" were searched in the databases SID, Pubmed, Scopus, Cochrane, Web of science, Science direct, and Google scholar, and finally those with scientific evidence were presented in the form of auxiliary instructions for prevention and treatment. FINDINGS: A significant part of the recommendations of Persian medicine to prevent or control the symptoms of acute respiratory syndrome has practical clinical evidence. These include social distance, avoiding heavy meals, and using herbal remedies according to the specific conditions of the patients. CONCLUSION: According to the results of this study, the use of simple strategies of Persian medicine in preventing and improving the symptoms of acute respiratory syndrome caused by COVID-19 along with common medicine protocols, can help control the epidemic conditions. Also, many of these recommendations can be evaluated as useful research ideas in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.</div> کرونا ویروس, طب ایرانی, سندرم حاد تنفسی.
