fa ارائه مدل تاثیر اخلاق پژوهشگری بر کیفیت پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی اخلاق پزشکی Medical Ethics كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><span style="color:blue;">سابقه و هدف: </span></strong>با رشد فزاینده پژوهش در جامعه و اهمیت و ضرورت تحقیق در توسعه و پیشرفت، بنظر می رسد، رعایت اصول اخلاق در پژوهش یکی از ارکان مهم و ضروری برای توسعه علم و دانش باشد. لذا این مطالعه به منظور تاثیر اخلاق پژوهشگری بر کیفیت پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی و ارائه مدل انجام شد.<span style="font-family:2 mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 320 نفر از&nbsp; اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک کشور ( بابل، سمنان، شاهرود، گلستان، گیلان و مازندران) که به روش نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی طبقه&shy;ای انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. به منظور بررسی تأثیر اخلاق پژوهشگری بر کیفیت پژوهش از پرسش&shy;نامه &shy;های محقق ساخته اخلاق پژوهشگری شامل 65 سوال و دو بعد &laquo;فردی و اجتماعی&raquo; و نه مولفه (امانتداری، مسئولیت&shy;پذیری، تعهد حرفه&shy;ای، دانش و معلومات، پشتکار و صبوری، رعایت حقوق آزمودنی&shy;ها، روحیه کار گروهی، مسئولیت در قبال انتشار نتایج و توجه به نیازهای جامعه) و پرسشنامه کیفیت پژوهش شامل 31 سوال و چهار بعد &laquo;بودجه و تجهیزات، توسعه منابع اطلاعاتی، توسعه منابع انسانی و ساختار سازمان&raquo; که در هر دو پرسشنامه با توجه به تعداد سوالات هر مولفه نمره گذاری برحسب لیکرت از 1 تا 5 انجام شده و سپس تاثیر هر مولفه در اخلاق پژوهشگری بر کیفیت پژوهش بررسی گردید.<span style="font-family:2 mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:windowtext;">از 320 </span><span style="color:windowtext;">نمونه مورد مطالعه 223 نفر (69/7% ) مرد و 97 نفر (30/3%) زن بودند. </span><span style="color:windowtext;">میانگین نمره امانت داری در مردان (5/69</span><span style="color:windowtext;">&plusmn;</span><span style="color:windowtext;">24/20) و در زنان (5/81</span><span style="color:windowtext;">&plusmn;</span><span style="color:windowtext;">25/72) بود(0/05</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:windowtext;">p<</span></span><span style="color:windowtext;">). </span><span style="color:windowtext;">اخلاق پژوهشگری با ضریب استاندارد (0/814) بر کیفیت پژوهش تاثیر داشت. </span><span style="color:windowtext;">نتایج نشان داد که، از بین ابعاد اخلاق پژوهشگری، بُعد امانتداری، مسئولیت پذیری، رعایت حقوق آزمودنی&shy; ها و روحیه کار گروهی بر کیفیت پژوهش تاثیر مثبت و معنی&shy; داری دارند (0/05</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:windowtext;">p<</span></span><span style="color:windowtext;">).</span><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اخلاق پژوهشگری بر کیفیت پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک کشور تاثیر دارد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> With the increasing growth of research in society and the importance and necessity of research in development and progress, adherence to ethics in research seems to be one of the most important pillars for the development of science. Therefore, the present study was conducted to present a model of the impact of research ethics on the quality of research of faculty members.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>METHODS: </strong>This cross-sectional study was performed on 320 faculty members of Medical Sciences Universities of a large area of the country (Babol, Semnan, Shahrood, Golestan, Gilan and Mazandaran) selected by stratified random sampling. In order to investigate the impact of research ethics on research quality, researcher-made questionnaires of research ethics consisted of 65 questions and two dimensions of &quot;individual and social&rdquo; and nine components (trustworthiness, responsibility, professional commitment, knowledge and perseverance and patience, respect for the rights of the subjects, teamwork morale, responsibility for disseminating results, and attending to community needs) were used. In addition, the research quality questionnaire including 31 questions and four dimensions of &quot;budget and equipment, information resource development, human resource development and organization structure&quot; was applied. In both questionnaires according to the number of questions for each component, grading was based on Likert scale from 1 to 5, and then the impact of each component on research ethics on the quality of research was assessed.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> From 320 samples, 223 (69.7%) were male and 97 (30.3%) were female. The mean score of trustworthiness was 24.5&plusmn;20.69 in males and 25.5&plusmn;72.81 in females (p<0.05). Research ethics with standard coefficient (0.814) had an impact on research quality.
