fa گزارش یک مورد بازسازی زیبایی در کودک مبتلا به پوسیدگی زودرس دندان دندانپزشکی (اطفال) Dentistry (pediatrics) گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><span style="color:blue;">سابقه</span></strong> <strong><span style="color:blue;">و هدف: </span></strong>یکی از بزرگترین چالش ها در دندانپزشکی کودکان بازسازی زیبایی دهان در کودکانی است که به دلیل پوسیدگی زودرس دوران کودکی یا ترومای شدید دندان های خود را از دست داده اند. در این گزارش ساخت یک پلاک ثابت قدامی در یک کودک مبتلا به پوسیدگی زودرس گزارش می شود.<br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">گزارش مورد:</span></strong> در این مطالعه پسر بچه 4 ساله مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دندانپزشکی در اصفهان، با شکایت اصلی ظاهر نازیبا و ناتوانی در جویدن با دندان&shy;های قدامی به علت پوسیدگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از معاینات کلینیکی و رادیوگرافیک دندان های خلفی، درمان پالپ شده و روکش استیل زنگ نزن قرار داده شد و دندانهای قدامی کشیده شدند. پس از 6 هفته بهبودی کامل زخم محل کشیدن، بندهای با سایز مناسب بر روی مولر های شیری دوم ماگزیلا منطبق شده و از فک بالا قالب گرفته شد. پس از ساخته شدن اپلاینس و قبل از سمان کردن، پلاک از جهت اکلوژن و زیبایی در دهان بررسی و با کمک سمان گلاس آیونومر (<span dir="LTR">Fuji I.GC corporation</span>) در دهان ثابت شد. کودک 24 ساعت بعد و سپس یک ماه بعد فراخوانده شد و تا سن 7 سالگی تحت پیگیری منظم بود.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> براساس نتایج این مورد گزارش شده، ایجاد فضانگهدار ثابت قدامی در کودک نه تنها زخم و ناراحتی در دهان کودک ایجاد نکرده، بلکه توانایی تکلم و زیبایی را نیز در کودک ارتقا می بخشد.</span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: </strong>One of the biggest challenges in pediatric dentistry is the oral rehabilitation of children who have lost their teeth due to early childhood decay severe trauma. In this report, a fixed anterior plaque is reported in a child with early decay.<span dir="RTL"></span> <strong>CASE REPORT:</strong> In this study, a 4-year-old boy referred to a dental clinic in Isfahan with a major complaint of ugly appearance and inability to chew on anterior teeth due to decay. After clinical and radiographic examinations of the posterior teeth, pulp treatment and stainless steel coating were applied and the anterior teeth were pulled. After 6 weeks of complete recovery of the wound site, the cords with appropriate size fitted to the second molar maxillary teeth and matched to the upper jaw. After making the appliance and before the cementation, the plaque was examined for oral occlusion and beauty, with the help of Fuji I.GC corporation cement fixed in the mouth. The child was called 24 hours later, then one month later, and was followed up regularly by the age of seven. <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> According to the results of this reported case, the creation of a fixed anterior plaque in the child not only does not cause wounds and discomfort in the child&#39;s mouth, but also improves the ability of speech and beauty. </span> </pre> کودک, زیبایی, دندان, فضانگهدار.
