fa بررسی موقعیت کانال مندیبولر نسبت به ریشه دندان مولر سوم با استفاده از توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی داندانپزشکی (رادیولوژی) Dentistry (Radiology) مقطعی Cross Sectional <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong></span> آسیب به عصب آلوئولر تحتانی (<span dir="LTR">Inferior Alveolar Nerve</span><strong><em>=</em></strong><span dir="LTR">IAN</span>) در طی خارج کردن دندان مولر سوم یکی از عوارض جدی جراحی است؛ بنابراین تعیین موقعیت دقیق آن پیش از جراحی بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کانال مندیبولر در استخوان فک پایین و موقعیت آن نسبت به&nbsp;ریشه &shy;های دندان مولر سوم با استفاده از توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی (<span dir="LTR">Cone Beam Computed Tomography</span>=<span dir="LTR">CBCT</span>) می باشد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>مواد و روش&shy;ها:</strong> </span>در این مطالعه مقطعی تصاویر <span dir="LTR">CBCT</span> 168 بیمار (214 دندان مولر سوم فک پایین) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. وضعیت قرارگیری کانال مندیبولر در استخوان فک پایین (موقعیت لینگوالی، مرکزی و باکالی در استخوان) و وضعیت قرارگیری کانال مندیبولر نسبت به ناحیه اپکس ریشه (موقعیت لینگوالی، مرکزی و باکالی نسبت به اپکس ریشه ها) ثبت و بررسی گردید.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong></span> موقعیت کانال مندیبولر در استخوان فک پایین در 68/5% از موارد لینگوالی، در 27/3% موارد مرکزی و در 4/2% موارد باکالی ارزیابی شد (0/001 <span dir="LTR">p</span><strong><span dir="LTR"><</span></strong>). همچنین از مجموع 355 ریشه دندان مولر سوم مورد بررسی، 5/4% در موقعیت لینگوالی، 26/5% در موقعیت مرکزی و 68/2% در موقعیت باکالی نسبت به کانال مندیبولر مشاهده گردید(</span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman'; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;">0/001&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family: 'times new roman'; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;">p</span><strong style="font-family: 'times new roman'; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR"><</span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman;">). ازطرفی موقعیت کانال مندیبولر نسبت به ریشه های مزیالی و دیستالی در دندانهای با ریشه های جدا از هم (141 دندان) تنها در 25 مورد متفاوت بوده است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری:</strong></span> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که در&nbsp; اغلب موارد کانال مندیبولر در راستای ریشه های دندان مولر سوم نمی باشد بنابراین استفاده از روشهای تصویربرداری سه بعدی همچون <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;CBCT</span>جهت بررسی ارتباط کانال مندیبولر با ریشه های دندان مولر سوم ضروری می باشد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong></span> Injury to the inferior alveolar nerve during extraction of mandibular third molars is one of the serious complications after surgery. Therefore, the precise localization of IAN in relation to the third molar is one of the critical issues before extraction of this tooth. The aim of this study was to evaluate the position of mandibular canal in the mandible and its relation to the roots of the third molar using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in a selected Iranian population.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>METHODS:</strong></span> In this cross-sectional study, the CBCT images of 168 patients (214 mandibular third molars) were evaluated. The position of the mandibular canal in the mandible (lingual, central, buccal) and the position of the mandibular canal with respect to the root apex (lingually, centrally and buccally), were recorded.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>FINDINGS: </strong></span>Mandibular canals were located lingually in 68.5% of cases, centrally in 27.3% of cases, and buccally in 4.2% of cases(p<0.001). Also, of 355 third molar roots evaluated, 5.4% were located lingually, 26.5% centrally, and 68.2% buccally with respect to the mandibular canal (p<0.001).
