fa دیدگاه مدیران و کارشناسان استان‌های شمالی ایران در خصوص سطح عملکرد پزشکان خانواده Performance of Family Physicians (FPs) from Viewpoint of Managers and Experts of Northern Provinces of Iran مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی Health Management Services مقطعی Cross Sectional سابقه و هدف: پزشکان خانواده به عنوان مسوول تیم سلامت پنج وظیفه اصلی شامل: مدیریت سلامت، همکاری برون بخشی و جلب مشارکت جامعه، آموزش و ارتقاء سلامت، خدمات بهداشتی و پیشگیری، خدمات درمانی و ارجاع و پیگیری بیماران را به عهده دارند. از آنجاییکه اجرای صحیح هر برنامه و تداوم و حفظ موفقیتهای آن نیازمند به بررسیهای نسبتا جامع و مستمر میباشد، این مطالعه به منظور بررسی دیدگاه مدیران، مسئولین و کارشناسان ستادی استانهای شمالی ایران در خصوص عملکرد پزشکان خانواده در راستای وظایف پنجگانه انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در زمستان 1391 بر روی مدیران، مسئولین و کارشناسان ستادی شبکه بهداشت و درمان انجام گرفت. کل 47 شهرستان در سه استان گلستان، مازندران و گیلان بودند که به صورت سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 2 بخش متغییرهای فردی و سطح عملکردی پزشکان خانواده در پنح وظیفه اصلی با مقیاس لیکرت بوده است.  یافته ها: از دیدگاه 557 مدیر، مسئول و کارشناس ستادی مورد مطالعه، میانگین سطح عملکردی پزشکان خانواده از 5 نمره، در حیطههای مدیریت سلامت 8/0±3، همکاریهای برونبخشی 9/0±7/2، ارتقای سلامت 9/0±8/2، خدمات پیشگیری و بهداشتی 9/0±2/3 و خدمات درمانی و ارجاع 8/0±3 بوده است. بین سابقه خدمت و سطح عملکردی پزشکان خانواده رابطه معنیدار وجود داشت (p<0/05). ولی با جنس و استانهای مورد مطالعه تفاوت معنی دار وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که سطح عملکرد پزشکان خانواده در 3 وظیفه در حد بالاتر از متوسط می باشد. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Family physicianis (FPs) responsible for the health team have five duty to health management, external cooperation, Health Promotion, Prevention and Health Services and treatment care and referral. This study evaluated viewpoint of  managers, supervisors and experts of Northern Provinces of Iran from the level of performance of Family physicians (FPs) in five basic task. <pre style="line-height: 16pt background: white"> METHODS: This cross-sectional study was performed in winter 2013. The study population includes managers, supervisors and experts at Health Network from the total of 47 cities in 3 provinces of Gilan, Mazandaran and Golestan which were censuses selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data gathering. In this questionnaire, personal characteristics and performance level of FPs from five main task of the Likert scale. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were approved.</pre> FINDINGS: From the perspective of 557 managers, supervisors and experts of Staff in the study, the average performance level of FPs, in the field of health management (of 5 score) was 3±0.8, external cooperation 2.7±0.9, Health Promotion 2.8±0.9, Prevention and Health Services 3.2±0.9 and health care and referral 3±0.8. There was a significant relationship between job experience and performance level of FPs (p<0.05). However, there was not a significant difference between sex and provinces studied and performance level of FPs (p>0.05).
