fa اهمیت اخلاق در استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و چالش‌های آن در مقالات حوزه سلامت اخلاق پزشکی Medical Ethics كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">نگرانی‌های زیادی از نظر اخلاقی در<b> </b></span><span lang="FA">استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در ابعاد مختلف حیات انسان وجود دارد. استفاده از هوش مصنوعی باید در راستاری حفظ حقوق آزمودنی‌ها و رعایت اخلاق باشد تا منجر به ناهنجاری‌های گسترده نشود. رعایت اصول اخلاقی در استفاده از هوش مصنوعی همان رعایت قوانین مرتبط با آزمودنی‌ها، عدم نژادپرستی خواهد بود. هدف از این مطالعه، شناسایی چالش‌های اخلاقی مهم در ارتباط با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در حوزه سلامت، راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای حل این چالش‌، تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر کیفیت و دسترسی به خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی در حوزه سلامت در مورد استفاده از هوش مصنوعی می‌باشد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک با استفاده از پایگاه‌های داده علمی </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span lang="FA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Scopus</span><span lang="FA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span><span lang="FA"> و </span><span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span><span lang="FA"> و با استفاده از واژه‌های کلیدی هوش مصنوعی، اخلاق، سلامت، چالش‌های هوش مصنوعی و سرقت علمی مقالات مرتبط با اخلاق هوش مصنوعی در حوزه سلامت طی سال‌های 2025-2000 بررسی گردید</span><span lang="AR-SA">. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">پس از جستجو تعداد 820 مطالعه بازیابی شد، که تعداد 740 مقاله به دلیل اینکه خارج از بازه زمانی مورد نظر بوده و یا موضوع خارج از مقالات حوزه سلامت بودند، از مطالعه خارج شدند و در نهایت 80 مطالعه با توجه به ارتباط موضوعی دقیق مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت</span>.<span lang="FA"> نتایج حاکی از آن بود که استفاده از این فناوری مهم در حوزه سلامت، با توجه به اینکه فرصت خوبی برای مراقبت در حوزه پزشکی ایجاد می‌کند، اما چالش‌های اخلاقی نیز در بر دارد. برای استفاده صحیح از هوش مصنوعی نیاز به تصمیم گیری‌های اخلاقی، قانونی و اجتماعی می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه و پیشرفت روز افزون هوش مصنوعی، محققان و پژوهشگران باید جهت استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در نوشتن مقالات علمی، رعایت حیطه‌های اخلاقی و قانونی استفاده از آن را در تحقیق، مد نظر قرار دهند</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background and Objective:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> There is much ethical concern regarding the use of artificial intelligence in various aspects of human life. The use of artificial intelligence should be in line with protecting the rights of subjects and observing ethics so that it will not to lead to widespread abnormalities. Observing ethical principles in the use of artificial intelligence will be the same as observing the laws related to subjects, and not being racist. The present study was conducted to identify important ethical challenges related to the use of artificial intelligence in the field of health, the proposed solutions to solve these challenges, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality and access to medical and health services in the field of health regarding the use of artificial intelligence.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In this systematic review, articles related to the ethics of artificial intelligence in the field of health were examined using the scientific databases PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science, and using the keywords artificial intelligence, ethics, health, challenges of artificial intelligence, and plagiarism from 2000 to 2025</span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Findings: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">820 studies were retrieved after conducting the search, of which 740 were excluded because they were outside the target time period or the topic was not related to the health field, and 80 studies were finally reviewed for their relevance. The results indicated that the use of this important technology in the health field, while providing a good opportunity for medical care, also poses ethical challenges.
