fa مقایسه آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی بابل در مورد کیست‌ها و تومورهای ادنتوژنیک دندانپزشکی(پاتولوژی) Dentistry (Pathology) تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">کیست‌ها و تومورهای ادنتوژنیک بخش مهمی از ضایعات پاتولوژیک دهان، فک و صورت را تشکیل می‌دهند. این ضایعات، فراوانی، رفتار بالینی و رادیوگرافی متفاوت دارند که آگاهی از آن می‌تواند در تشخیص صحیح این ضایعات و درمان مناسب آن‌ها مفید باشد. هدف از مطالعه‌ حاضر، بررسی آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی بابل در مورد کیست‌ها و تومورهای ادنتوژنیک می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی که به طور مقطعی در سال 1402 انجام گرفت، میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی شاغل در مطب‌ها و درمانگاه‌های شهر بابل در مورد کیست‌ها و تومورهای ادنتوژنیک از طریق پرسشنامه، مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه شامل 11 سوال مربوط به کیست و 9 سوال مربوط به تومور ادنتوژنیک بود که به هر پاسخ صحیح یک امتیاز تعلق می‌گرفت. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه در مجموع میزان آگاهی 117 دندانپزشک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که 19 نفر (16/2%) از آگاهی خوب، 76 نفر (65%) از آگاهی متوسط و 22 نفر (18/8%) از آگاهی ضعیف برخوردار بودند. میزان آگاهی نسبت به تومور کمتر از کیست بود (0/001></span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span lang="FA">)</span><span lang="AR-SA">. در مقایسه میزان آگاهی به تفکیک جنسیت، سن و سابقه کاری اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری دیده نشد</span>.<b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر بابل در مورد کیست‌ها در سطح متوسط و در مورد تومورهای ادنتوژنیک در سطح ضعیفی قرار دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background and Objective:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Odontogenic cysts and tumors constitute an important part of pathological lesions of the mouth, jaw, and face. These lesions have diverse frequencies, clinical behaviors, and radiographic characteristics, which can be useful in correct diagnosis of these lesions and treating them appropriately. The aim of the present study was to investigate the knowledge of general dentists in Babol about odontogenic cysts and tumors.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In this descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study which was conducted in 2023, the level of knowledge of general dentists working in offices and clinics in Babol about cysts and odontogenic tumors was assessed using a questionnaire. The questionnaire included 11 questions related to cysts and 9 questions related to odontogenic tumors, with one point awarded for each correct answer</span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Findings:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In this study, the knowledge of 117 dentists was assessed, of which 19 (16.2%) had good knowledge, 76 (65%) had average knowledge, and 22 (18.8%) had poor knowledge. The knowledge of tumors was lower than that of cysts (p<0.001).
